The User is given a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable right to enter and use the Services, provided that the User abides by the Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

4. GATHERING AND MANUFACTURING PERSONAL DATA

The User hereby acknowledges and agrees in full to:

1. For the purposes of this Policy, information that is freely accessible in the public domain or made available under the Right to Information Act, 2005, or any other law, will not be regarded as "Personal Information" or "Sensitive Personal Data or Information. "That the User hereby voluntarily consents to Earning Handle tracking information about them automatically based on their IP address and behaviour on the Platform. At the time of registration, the User grants consent to the generation and collection of information as needed by applicable legislation by confirming assent to this Policy and clicking the "I agree with Terms and Policy" button.
8. It is the User's responsibility to make sure the data they give to Earning Handle is accurate. By sending an email to support@earninghandle.com, the User may contact Earning Handle to update, remove, or correct information. As soon as it is reasonably possible, Earning Handle will use good faith efforts to implement requested modifications in the databases.
